Jewellery retailer secures new properties in Belfast City Centre and Newtownards
Leading jewellery retailer, Argento are continuing their rapid expansion with the opening of a new store at 12-14 High Street, in Newtownards.The unit provides a ground floor area of approximately 827 sq ft and occupies a prime position on the thriving Newtownards High Street close to Caffè Nero, Specsavers, Vogue, Wardens, Espeys and Menarys. In Belfast city centre, Argento have also acquired a new lease on 32-34 Ann Street. The property comprises of 791 sq ft on ground floor in this key shopping area close to the Victoria Centre. Colliers Belfast acted on behalf of the landlord.
