City Centre Location secured for Anytime Fitness

Global health and fitness brand, Anytime Fitness, has just opened their first gym in Northern Ireland at the newly refurbished and recently completed Lincoln Buildings on Great Victoria Street.

The gym which has transformed the ground floor at Lincoln Buildings opened recently to great applaud.

A second branch will open later in the year in South Belfast.

Lincoln Buildings, a 60,000 sq ft office refurbishment project by Andras House is now fully let save for a small 3,000 sq ft office suite located at ground floor level.

This space is available to let and can be fitted out to suit an incoming tenant’s requirement.
