Acting on behalf of Concentrix, Cushman & Wakefield have succeeded in disposing of their leasehold liability at 9 Lanyon place Belfast.
The accommodation extended to approx 28,000 sq ft and was arranged over one large floor plate on the 3rd floor of this City Centre office building.
