Well known local family butchers, Corries, have recently opened an exciting new retail store on the High Street in Holywood.
The letting was secured by DTZ McCombe Pierce and completes the redevelopment of the prominent retail scheme that includes Tesco Express and The Original Factory Shop.
The new venture is the fifth Corries in N.Ireland. The Holywood branch incorporates a first class butcher’s counter with meats sourced from the family farm and impressive deli.
Speaking about the confirmation of the final tenant, Mark McCaul from DTZ said, “Holywood, with a lucrative catchment area on the busy commuter coast, was the ideal location for Corries to locate their deli style butcher’s shop concept. This particular unit benefited from the both a high footfall generated by adjacent Tesco Express and a highly visible double front facade.”
