DTZ McCombe Pierce secure letting to local coffee company
Thriving local coffee chain, Clements Coffee is to open a central HQ in East Belfast. Acting on behalf of the landlord, DTZ McCombe Pierce secured the new letting to the coffee company, which has 10 coffee shop outlets in Northern Ireland.
Clements will use Building 3 at 212-218 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast as the main base for the administration and management of the cafes.
“Situated within easy distance of several Clements coffee outlets, this modern office accommodation will be a convenient hub for the team at Clements Coffee,” said Mark McCaul from DTZ McCombe Pierce.
