One of the most prominent buildings on Belfast's prestigious Malone Road is to get a new lease of life following its recent sale that was secured by DTZ McCombe Pierce.
Number 4 Malone Road is an iconic red brick former period residence that had most recently been used as office space. The new owners plan to extensively refurbish the building to provide modern office accommodation in this highly sought after area of the city.
