Acting on behalf of Argento, DTZ McCombe Pierce have recently secured new larger premises comprising 1,173 sq. ft. for the successful jewellery retailer in Letterkenny Shopping Centre. This move will support Argento's growing business in the area. Simultaneously, DTZ McCombe Pierce negotiated a surrender of their existing unit which provided approximately 600 sq. ft. and which has subsequently been let to Easons to facilitate their expansion as well.
