Acting on behalf of private investors, DTZ McCombe Pierce recently sold the freehold interest in the prominent Omagh property for £875,000. The sale was subject to a letting to Boots for a term of 5 years at a passing rent of £39,100 per annum and the Burton Group PLC who are holding over at a passing rent of £49,500.
