DTZ McCombe Pierce has successfully secured the lease of Unit 1 Capital House on Upper Queen Street in the heart of Belfast to Translink and Citybus.
The convenient city centre unit with an extensive glazed frontage is the ideal location for the transport company’s Drivers Centre and is close to the Metro Bus Terminus.
