DTZ McCombe Pierce acting on behalf of Savers who have acquired their first unit in Belfast City Centre at 8/9 Fountain Centre.
The unit provides a ground floor area of 2,500 sq ft. McKibben and Co acted for the landlord. Savers are on the lookout for more premises throughout Northern Ireland.
