DTZ McCombe Pierce acting on behalf of Shoe Zone has negotiated the acquisition of Unit 77 providing approximately 3,295 sq ft. Shoe Zone has taken a new 10 year lease at a commencing rent of £60,000 per annum exclusive.
The unit occupies a prime position beside Primark and the entrance to the Centre’s multi storey car park with other retailers close by including Argos, Clarks, Superdrug and Boots.
